WHERE MOVEMENT CHANGES LIVES.

Every program at Our HOVSE Foundation is built around four core pillars: Movement, Resilience, Community, and Discipline. Through fitness, mentorship, and social-emotional learning (SEL), we help young people build confidence, strengthen character, and develop the leadership skills they need to thrive in school, at home, and in life.

PHILLY WEEDEN DAY

On Aug 17, 2026, Founder Philly Weeden received a proclamation from Mayor Jim Petras of Cleveland Heights for his nearly three decades of impact and fitness in the community.

Speed & Agility

Build coordination, balance, confidence, and athletic fundamentals through fun, age-appropriate movement and skill development.

Strength & Conditioning

Develop healthy habits, endurance, and physical confidence while learning discipline, consistency, and goal setting.

Nutrition & Healthy Habits

Teaching young people how to fuel their bodies, make healthier choices, and build lifelong wellness habits.

Community Experiences

Family fitness days, service projects, special events, and community partnerships that help young people build lasting relationships and a sense of belonging.

REGISTER
YOUR YOUTH.

Our HOVSE Foundation's FREE Summer Fitness Camp is open to youth ages 10–18 and takes place every Sunday at 2:00 PM, now through August.

Led by Master Trainer Philly Weeden, this program helps youth build confidence, improve fitness, develop leadership skills, and stay active in a safe, encouraging environment.

Registration is required. To attend, complete the registration form prior to the camp session and your name will be on our list at check in.
